Found the new Pursuit of Cobra figures at Target last week and the rise of Cobra canceled action packs at Ross yesterday.

Your full of it, the canceled action packs weren't even released in America. Only a few of them made it to the Philippines and the only place you would could even find them would be on Ebay for a crazy amount of money. Better double check the box. PICS if your right!

pretty sure hes talking about the canceled Whirlwind/Range viper, Ram/Sandstorm etc not the Leatherneck,Volcano viper etc that were released in Canada.

Actually he's right they have been showing up at Ross Stores. Its been all over HissTank with lots of pics to prove it. I haven't managed to find any yet myself. Probably won't have that kind of luck, I rarely do.

I really want a Whirlwind and a Flight Pod.

Lucky dog! I wish we had Ross' in MN. Everytime Target cancels an exclusive they seem to go there. Must be an outlet for them. I want that WW/range viper pack. as well as all the rest!

Here in the Cleveland area, Target merchandise shows up at Marc's so maybe I will look there.
