Dave Duerson did. He was a defensive back for the Chicago Bears. He left a note to his family asking that his brain be studied by doctors in regards to the increasing data that excessive contact to the head correlates to dementia. There is a great article out there by Malcolm Gladwell about football, concussions and dogfighting. I think you'll be seeing more of this stuff in the news, not necessarily suicides but studies, potential lawsuits by former players, especially if what some are already saying about Seau - did his career in football cause this.Originally Posted by Hotwire
