Magnetizing your screwdrivers (and other tools)

Some don't know of this "trick", but it works great, especially when in tight areas and with slippery fingers (like mine)
It's great for removing screws (never drop) and installing them as well (place screw on screw driver, and it stays there)

There are 2 ways of doing it. You can rub the tip of the screwdriver on the magnet vigorously for about 20 seconds, or attach the magnet to the tip and leave it there for about 15 minutes.
I personally prefer only magnetizing the tip, but you can do this anywhere on the metal / shaft as well.
