Busy fleshing out the basic structure and will soon be modelling the shell/details. This guy is one BIG mofo and he doesn’t even have his arms yet! If you're talking length, it's 22 inches. But it's not length that counts... it's girth, and at 16" wide he's turning out to be quite a monster

Thought id better get on with this with the release of the first TFP figures. So heres a very early WIP. Much of the top layer is wet but will eventually be sanded down to give some nice, sharp edges.

Thinking of casting him, so the spikes have been omitted for the moment. More details later once i've slept

Liking it so far, how large is he going to be, and it definately would be something intresting if you cast him.

The head is one inch, without horns (which at the moment were just pieces of almost cured putty that I threw on as a placeholder and need to be resculpted).

He will be about 15 inches (standard Unicron size?) to the top of his head, and then there's the massive horns on his back which will take it to 20" maybe. I took the proportions from screen grabs of the penultimate episode and I'm using those as reference to make it as screen accurate as possible.

Starting on the shoulder and the infamous Uni-crotch tonight hopefully.

Weirdly, no Unicrons will be harmed in the making of this custom.

Top idea matey. Will have to find me a standard Unicron then see how a cast could be altered to fit.

Well, things have progressed but were temporarily put on hold while I get real life work issues and a commission out of the way. However, I've just noticed the news on an official Unicron release in September. The plan was to cast it and make copies, but would anyone still be interested in this now? All I have left to do are the forearms and the feet :S
