(8/30 Update) DOTM Leader Class Megatron....

8/30 Update..

Principle build complete and I went with a mix of concept art, movie look and hasbro toy. Applied the first base coat of a ultra flat paint..... will follow up with green, tan, and green again and then all the small detail....

Through some suggestions from others I have decided to post work in progress pics of my DOTM Megatron. he of course will be non transforming, and I decided to do a blend of concept art from Josh Nizzi, actual movie stills, and the Hasbro toy.

What you see is a progression of work, and he is FAR from done. I have 99% of the skeletal work done and will begin the actual "truck" details next. Half way through I did not like his height so I cut the fucker in half and gave him an inch more height. A lot of styrene work to be done as well. Hope you all like.
