Hey Board,

I just picked up a bottle of Mr Hobby's - Mr Metallic Color GX (GX207 - metal violet). I am a handbrusher by necessity and have predominantly used Tamiya paints. I used 70% isopropyl for thinning Tamiya's to paint them. I can tell by the smell alone of the metallic that it isn't the same. What should I use for thinning this paint?

Going to disassemble my BH Shockwave and give him a good repaint.

Thanks for looking and hopefully answers.
